Smoking is permitted only on the two attached porches (1rst and 2nd floor) and in the backyard.  Less than one block from Jack Fry's (site of the trainer's dinner), 2 blocks to Lily's. Dozens of other restaurants, clubs, shops and cafes within a few blocks. Bedroom 4: 1st floor large bedroom with en suite bath, king bed and 46" LCD TV

Bedroom  5:  1rst floor bedroom with full sized bed and private lounging porch (smoking permitted on porch). Bathroom on hall.

Bedroom 6:  2nd floor bedroom with full  sized bed and bathroom on hall.

Den:  With queen sofa sleeper could accomodate 2 more, bringing the total to 14. Den has pocket doors for privacy.
