Located in the Old Louisville Historic Preservation District, this circa 1875 home is a comfortable, artsy retreat for one or two couples. The Churchill Downs shuttle stops 40 feet from the front door providing worry free transportation all day Oaks Day and Derby Day.

The home has two queen bedrooms and two baths. Ample parking in the private lot directly behind the house. Walls are decorated with original art. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the first floor contains the living room, dining room and kitchen.

Terms:

Kentucky Derby Rental: April 30- May 3, 2009 for $3500

Iron Man Rental: August 28- September 2, 2008 for $2000

Ryder Cup Rental: September 15- September 22, 2008 for $4500

Year Round Avialability: $400 per night, as a one bedroom with study rather than a two bedroom
